I have just transferred my mobile from EE to Plusnet ,I did find the notifications from Plusnet some what confusing .
I discovered the best way forward was to leave the EE sim in my phone until they switched it off ,then put Plusnet sim in.
A short while after the Plusnet sim went live I was able to register on the app and on the mobile online platform.
