Refunding credit on closed account

Hi. Last month I closed my Plusnet mobile account because I couldn't get any reception at my home. This month I received a bill saying I'm £6.13 in credit. Is there a way to get this refunded to my account? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

I'm in exactly the same situation. To whom it may concern, would it be possible to refund the amount I'm in credit, back into my bank account?

Hi there, thank you both for getting in touch.

If your account is in credit after closure this will usually get issued back to you as a refund automatically however, please feel free to private message us with the following so we can take a look at this for you:

- The mobile number in question

- Your full name

- Your full address including postcode

- Are you the account holder?

- Your date of birth

- The last 2 digits of both your bank account number & sort code
