I ordered a sim on a £10 contract. I never activated it and cancelled within 14 days. Plusnet said they would refund the £10. They never did. My account shows £9.67 credit. It should be £10 credit and they should pay it back to me. How can I get it back?

I'm sorry this hasn't been completed for you as we would expect it to be.
A refund for an upfront payment should be refunded within 5 working days, providing you cancelled in the first 14 days as you did.
I'll need to access your account to be able to investigate exactly what has happened.
