Refund confirmation

Hi - I've cancelled my contract and moved networks via PAC within the initial 14 day cooling period - can you advise that/how my payment for the first month will be refunded?

Thanks for your post @markpt44 and apologies again for the delayed response.

I've posted Here but just wanted to check you got your refund back? 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hi 

 

I did get a refund - and everything via PAC has transferred to EE, but I got an email from Plusnet today "Your this months bill is ready to view" ..... should these emails have not been cancelled alongside the transfer?

 

Also, it says that I am £5.81 in credit - could you check on this and advise for me?

Hi @markpt44 thanks for getting back to me and apologies once again for the delay.

As far as I'm aware our billing team were busy over the festive period, so we had a little of a backlog in the new year, but this should be cleared now. Have you received the refund of the credit yet? If you haven't, could you private message me the following info to pass our data protection checks, so we can take a closer look?

+Your mobile number

+Your full name

+Your full address

+Are you the account holder?

+Your date of birth

+Last 2 digits of your bank account number

+Last 2 digits of your bank sort code
