I have the same problem, but with a specific mobile number. I can receive her calls and texts but she can't receive mine - I just get a dead tone when I call or 'undelivered' for texts. No problem with other numbers, or when using other phones, but put my sim in another phone and have the same problem. Issue is obviously not friend's phone - no blocking there.

Sorry to hear you're having issues calling a specific mobile phone number.
