Probably worth posting an update for anybody interested: Rebeka has been great and sorted out changes to the voicemail, content lock and Smart Cap settings for me through PM

Never called Plusnet before so can't compare but perfectly happy with the way Rebeka handled the process through PM. Although, of course, I'd much rather these settings were available in our my account page, so that we could change them whenever we liked.
