I've just had an email from Quidco saying my cashback has been declined because:
On this occasion, the retailer has declined your cashback stating that your purchase was either amended, returned or cancelled. Due to this, we will not be receiving the commission and we are unable to pass this to you as cashback.
My purchase wasn't amended, cancelled or returned. As a result of my application through Quidco I have a 12 month contract with Plusnet, paid by Direct Debit. I used a different browser to make the application so there was no confusion about cookies. The offer of £40 cashback was a big part of my decision take this contract and I have followed the conditions totally. This is really disappointing. Is there anyone on here from Customer Services who can look into it?
