Hi, To make an insurance claim I am required to provide a proof of usage statement from the beginning of my contract. I am on a monthly rolling sim-only contract and was wondering if you could give this to me. Thanks
Proof of usage is provided in every bill produced, and these can be found by logging in to the 'My Account' section of our website and clicking 'View Historical Bills' in the bottom right. Please let me know if you need any more help!
