I have a stupid problem. I can receive voicemail messages and my phone notifies me when i receive one. But i cannot return a voicemail message by calling it. So basically the voicemail feature is a waste of time for me. Ive rang plusnet who said its a handset issue. Strange how i could call a voicemail number on talktalk. You could say im a bit dissapointed as sometimes i receive important phone calls from customers that i would need to call back. But i cant.!!! Does anyone else have this idiotic problem.?
