Problem with credit score due to plusnet incorrect reporting

Hi Plus net

I just checked my credit score and found out that plusnet has been misreporting a late payment on a closed and settled account for last 3 years. This was a payment that happened to get late and was rectified in May 2020! Please can you fix this issue? I have also reported this error to the credit agencies. If you get in touch with me , I can provide the closed account number etc.]

It is very disappointing to see this now specially having been a regular paying customer for the last many years. Looking forward to hear from you,

@ringwraith  - just post a couple more messages, you need a minimum of 5 posts before you can PM, or anyone, including PN staff can use the system.

That's good - looks like they may have sorted it for PN staff to be able to send.
