Porting number to Plusnet, not complete in 30 hours and counting...

Porting was initiated on Friday 10th November at the second attempt having found somewhere in SMS exchange at the previous attempt.

Number went offline with previous provider around 9:30am on Monday 13th November. As of 2:30pm on Tuesday 15th November the number is still not available and all Plusnet can tell me is it will complete "as soon as possible".

 

Plusnet is an absolute joke. I will not be a customer longer than it takes to get my number and port it to another provider. I guess Plusnet are cheap for a reason.

96 hrs and counting here.. Shocked

Finally got my number around 10am. 48 hours after it went offline. 

 

Could have been worse but could have been far better. Good luck to anyone suffering the same problem.
