Porting issues any update!

Any updates at all on this porting issue? we are now 7 days with no service and 0 updates or timescales.

I've had to buy another sim as I am away for the next 5 days and need to contact my family.

I'm not paying another penny to Plusnet untill this is resolved. Unfortunately I'm waiting for a third parts to send funds but haven't a clue when they will arrive!

I'm really sorry that this is still ongoing and I can absolutely understand how frustrating this must be. 

Can you fully reboot the phone and if the issue is still ongoing, please can you PM the following;

- The ported number

- The temporary number we provided

- The SIM card number (this is the long number found on the back of the SIM)

- Full name

- A link to this thread.

I have now managed to DM looks like my last post took me over the limit required.

I have turned my phone off and on with no improvement.
