I'm having the same issue - so disappointed as have had my number for 15 years and has been ported several times with no previous issues, beginning to feel like it will never be sorted

I know that feeling I had my number nearly 15 years or so, but it will come through for you , give one of the team a message on here and ask for help , Michael helped me out (many thanks), give him a shout.
