Porting issue. Should redo your t&c's.

I got 2 new lines from pn mobile and 2 ports where meant to happen yesterday. My Vodafone line was out of use all day whilst the talk mobile later in the afternoon. I called pn about 4 times yesterday where zero useful information was given. Kept being told both will complete 12 midnight. Guess what on Friday morning? No port and no inbound calls to the originating numbers. How do I expect people who I am not expecting to call me, call me?

Reading further posts it seems as though pn simply cannot handle the porting process due to volume. This shouldn't be at the cost of customers.

As I am within my 14days how do I move my numbers back to Vodafone and talkmobile?

PN know how to start 2019 off with a headache.
