Ported to iD Mobile, Plusnet SIM & Account still active

Hi

I used a PAC to request porting my number from my Plusnet SIM to my new iD Mobile SIM, which happened today.

It seems that iD Mobile consider the number port successful. Calls and texts from other networks (such as Three & Vodafone) go to my new iD Mobile SIM.

Issues:

1. Unfortunately my Plusnet account and SIM are both still active.

2. I've also just discovered that SMS texts (and maybe calls) from other Plusnet SIMs are going to my old Plusnet SIM.

3. I called 500 today to try to sort the above issues out (on the old Plusnet SIM), and after waiting an hour to be put through to retentions (who I was told would be able to fix it) the helpful gentleman said he'd requested an immediate closure of my account that would completely within 2 hours. Unfortunately, 2 hours has gone with no change.

Please help!

Update:
Wasn't sorted by 10pm (the time PAC transfers are supposed to fully complete by) but now all working properly the next day, looks like plusnet manually closing the account worked.
