Ported out to another network but Plusnet still active

I used my PAC code last Friday to leave to another network and successfully ported my number across on the 20th but incoming calls are still being received on my Plusnet SIM or voicemail. I now have two SIMs with the same number, both of which can do outgoing and data, whilst Plusnet does the incoming. The other network say Plusnet don't seem to have released the number and closed the account. I did reach out to PN on Twitter which has worked before, but no response this time. Any ideas why this isn't working?

Which network are you, (trying), to move to?

I'm really sorry to hear this has happened.

It sounds like your new provider hasn't fully completed the port yet.

Yes thanks, all sorted. Plusnet support were helpful and the new provider was able to sort it out.
