Ported number to EE - Still getting billed by Plusnet

Hi, I ported away from Plusnet to EE (end of May), the port was successful, the number has moved over a week ago and I am actively using the EE sim. However, I just received an email from Plusnet 2 days ago to say I have a new bill for June-July period and that payment will be taken mid June.

The Plusnet mobile account page also appears to show the mobile plan / contract as still active.

I just checked, and under our address, we ported a total of 4 numbers, 2 out of 4 looks like they are still active according to their Plusnet mobile account page.

There was an issue which should be fixed soon and the accounts will show as cancelled soon.

We'll backdate any extra charges once your final bill is generated
