Ported away to Three, but...

... my Plusnet account is still active. Live chat said I had a split port - but Three have not heard of this and confirm that the port has completed.

It is working fine on my new sim.

So - can someone help me close my account.

I'm sorry to hear that your account is still active. Once your number ports out it takes 30 days to process your final bill, refund any pro-rata charge and close your account.

 

If you are within the 30 days, unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do at this stage.

You might want to check that people on EE/plusnet can call your number and dont just get a strange beep or automatically get your ex plusnet answerphone
