Poor service

I am fed up with plusnet now with two reasons: the broadband account billing is a mess up not resolved for a month now since October. Now the mobile phone, text message failed to send last friday and again yesterday (tuesday) and data doesn't work yesterday (tuesday) and I think Plusnet are going downhill now with both the billing account bug and mobile network issues.

Next year my family, my friends and I will be leaving Plusnet just had ENOUGH now.

Sorry to hear you're having issues and you're wanting to leave as a result.

From what I can see we've suspended billing on your broadband account just while we correct the invoices. 

Apologies for the inconvenience this causes and thanks for your patience.

Regarding your mobile account if you can PM me your mobile number I'll be happy to look into the issues there for you.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
