Poor mobile reception for days

Been having very poor mobile service for days now.

I've checked the EE service page and it confirms "Service problem in YO17 6XX"

Rang customer service to report it on Thursday who said it would be fixed "within 16 hours".

Just checked the EE service page it still says there's an issue.

Can anyone tell me when I can expect this to be fixed ?

WFH with no landline, relying on mobile ... I'm going to try a 3 sim today to see if that's any better

Welcome to our Community Forums @mpfj

I'm really sorry to see there's been a service problem in your area for a while.

I'm afraid we don't have any influence over the repair, but EE will be working to fix the problem as soon as possible still.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hi @Vounog

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your signal.

If you put your full postcode into EE's service checker Here is there a problem they're aware of?
