Poor mobile coverage

The EE/BT/PlusNet mobile coverage in the town where I live is terrible.  I’ve had Openreach technicians unable to contact their office with their BT mobiles when stood outside my house because they can’t get a signal.  I don’t live in the middle of nowhere but in a busy town.

Kevin Bacon tells me how wonderful their network is on the top of Snowdon where nobody lives.  How about some network coverage in towns where people do live?

Is there a way of feeding back to EE/BT/PlusNet about how poor their coverage is?

You would hope that the BT owned Openreach technicians would have already done that.

If EE coverage is bad then Plusnet customers, who only have access to a limited range of the EE bands, aren’t in with a chance.
