Poor Plusnet Mobile Service

Mobile account showed £10 cap reached so paid £10 last weekend. Then phoned and added extra 250 mins to account. Operator said would add extra mins after 30 mins. Now showing £25 cap reached and no minutes left!!! Very very fed up with service provided!!!!!

Any recommendations about good sim only deals with good customer support?Huh

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered in trying to add a Bolt-On, this Certainly isn't what we expect.
