Hi Everyone,
I am having issues with phoning my mum who is also on Plusnet network, its becoming very frustrating.
Every time I ring it goes straight to answer phone, where as my husband and other family members are on different providers but get through straight away.
My phone is a 'Samsung' GT-S6810P and my mum's has a 'Vodafone Artphone'
Any ideas please!
