My new 20GB U/L mins U/L texts only a 30 day contract was done yesterday with no problems.
This deal closes tomorrow so if anyone is interested you must call soon.

All my family (mum, dad, my daughter and myself) have that now. Good deal. Don't think Plusnet will not offer 22GB again once it gone! My family and I got plusnet broadband so an extra 2GB is a bonus on top of 20GB.

@shutter It was also a perfect example of a non-apology. The "sorry you feel that way" emphasises that it's the other person's emotions which are at issue without accepting any fault.
If it was heard in person it would be infuriating. They need to do away with the scripts really and engage people either purely factually, or personably. The "sorry you feel that way" is neither informative nor empathetic.
