Plusnet online customer services take more than 1 hour

Why does the online service take so long?

If you use instant messenger it should be instant

I'm sorry you've had some wait with our livechat service. Occasionally there can be waits to speak to an adviser during busy periods, however once you're through to an agent you can expect an instant response to all messages.

Thanks for that reassuring note of confidence. Sadly in this case it all seems to have fallen over

 

The diabolical service which you offer is restricted in its ability to manouvre due to the cheap outsourced services you have employed to look after your back end managed services and the complaints team.
My case was took 2hours and was concluded by asking me to make contact directly via email.

Its shocking really. 'Proud' is a very long way off
