After a complaint I lodged in July was not resolved, I left Plusnet. Plusnet nevertheless debited my bank account, so my account with Plusnet is now in credit.
I requested a refund on 26/08/2020 and was promised a response within 48 hours.
I followed up on 31/08, 11/09, 13/09, 19/09 (Plusnet promised further contact on 20/09) and yesterday 25/09.
First you offered service so poor that I had to complain, then you refused to look into the complaint, and now you owe me money and I should not have to be chasing it like this.
