has anybody managed to contact Plusnet to find out how long we are without been able to make calls. most annoying im sure im not the only person stuck at home working and  now frustrated. im in Huddersfield area it looks like its a large area thats down

Looks like it's back up I'm able to make outgoing calls and incoming calls work. As of 11:00

HR1 Hereford was also out. Both my wife and I have PN mobile and she had to ring the doctors to book an appointment. Had to use the land line in the end so will be asking PN to take the call off the bill otherwise its bye bye PN.

I expected to have to contact PN to deal with this but it seems you have done this for me. Thank you Emily. Very happy with the way you have dealt with this.
