Plusnet mobile account on my credit file!

I have a plusnet mobile account showing on my credit file but I have never had plusnet! I live in East Yorkshire so we are tied to KCOM for telephone and broadband and my mobile I have always had with Tesco! I do believe this is a fraudulent account!

Would it be possible to please send us a screenshot of that on your file in a private message to one of the online forum staff so we can investigate this for you. Please ensure the account reference number is there for us, it might also be worth while providing your full address and postcode so we can see if there's any accounts linked to the address, assuming the entry on your file shows the postcode it was registered to.
