I've had Plusnet mobile for more than a year. I had direect debit set up but Plusnet failed to deduct bill amount and had now closed my account due to non-payment.
I've called the call center multiple times to pay the outstanding amount and get my account re-activated. I am told it is not possible.
I need to keep my phone number as it is linked to all my banks etc. How can I get my service active again or alternatively get PAC code to move number to another carrier?
