Plusnet mobile acceptance

Hi,

How long does it take to hear anything regarding a plusnet sim card ? I applied on Fri 24th Aug and had £6.50 taken out of bank account same day. I've heard nothing since apart from a order number 253676. Any Mods/admin on here that can help. PM me pls

For information, the majority of mods/admins on this forum are customers like you and me so don't get upset if they don't answer your question. Members of Plusnet staff do come along but can be a bit thin on the ground at weekends/Bank Holidays.
