Plusnet mobile NOT working in Indonesia

hi guys,

I've been trying to get help from Plusnet support, but lost hope - wasted time and money on calling them from overseas, all with zero outcome..

My mobile isn't working in Indonesia - just not registering on any network. I can't get text messages, can't do anything.

Has anyone ever faced a similar issue? Could it have to do with some settings?

Sorry, I realised that my post was not helpful so deleted it. My reading from the Plusnet web site is that you are not in a roam as at home area (https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roam-like-at-home/). However when I look at the cost of Roaming and International Call bands (https://www.plus.net/help/mobile/roaming-and-international-calls/), Indonsesia doesn't exist in this list either. I suspect that you are out of luck but honestly don't know.

Looking at the second linky again I note that neither is Indonesia in the list of countries where your phone won't work.

I am fine with Indo not being in the roam-like-at-home; the trouble is, it wouldn't register on the network altogether - don't even receive the welcome sms and can't receive sms from my bank, etc.

Support turned out utterly helpless thus far..
