Plusnet porting number issue

Really sorry for the downtime. Appreciate the hassle of not having your number for some time. 

I would note though that this thread was created based on a known issue we had, but that has since been fixed a while ago. I've checked your ports and they're on track to complete today, but can take anytime up to midnight. 

There are a lot of cogs which need turning to complete a port as files need transferring from the previous providers.

If you're still having issues tomorrow, feel free to let me know but there's nothing to suggest your port won't complete today.

Cool. No worries, I’ve asked our mods if we’re able to lock this thread, so it doesn’t cause unnecessary worry. Anyone wanting help can create a new thread though.
