Plusnet issues porting numbers

You have to had made a certain number of posts before you can PM people it seems. It looks to me it is at least 5 posts you need to make.

My port has now gone through. All working with the old/ported number.

I think mine is solved. I'm in France at the moment and putting the sim in doesn't pick up a network but when I phone the number I get the Plusnet voicemail which I didn't before.

My wife's is still not working though.

I'm relieved to say that my port has now gone through.  It took over two weeks but it looks to be sorted.

So it’s all working for me now! I signed up around 12th April and this morning 20th April it works. Just to update everyone.
My number disappeared for about a week so I had to use a completely different sim from another provider. Glad it’s all sorted now.

As of yesterday afternoon it was still not fixed for my father-in-law, the temporary number does nothing either, nothing incoming or outgoing, texts or calls.
