Plusnet fob offs and no action forcing me to leave. :-/

I joined Plusnet mobile from BT, in August 2018, both use the EE network.

Until BT's SIM card wore out I had no problems with thet network and little problem with signal.

I've had nothing but problems with Plusnet - it has even said I'm roaming and the French coast is 5 hours by fast ferry away!

The fob offs for this so far have been...

It's a faulty SIM - a new one is just as bad

It's my phone - BT never had this problem and it's open to all networks

It's my phone's SIM cradle - it behaves the same in any device

It's the signal in my area - BT never had this problem with signal

To top this, I have now got problems accessing my voicemail via both my mobile and my landline.

And Plusnet STILL comes up with fob offs and excuses and blame me rather than itself and compensation for rubbish service.

And as it, clearly, wants me to leave then I'm looking for another provider that is able to do what Plusnet seem to be struggling with - providing me with a service that's fit for purpose!

Hi madcyclistuk,

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. If you could please get in touch by calling 500 free from the SIM, or catching us on our Live Chat feature over at www.plus.net, we can certainly troubleshoot and investigate further.
