Plusnet Profitting Due To Covid Crisis - Shameful

I am a pensioner who , like most others, has been using my phone a lot more to keep in contact with friends, family and health news during lockdown. I mistakenly failed to switch off my mobile data setting  last month and have now been charged 10p per megabyte by Plusnet.   At a time of crisis when many other companies are helping their customers by providing free/discounted data Plusnet are scandalously profiting - They should be ashamed.

I am sorry to hear that you left your mobile data switched on causing you to incur charges and for any inconvenience this has caused. I can assure you we do understand how vital communication with loved ones is during this difficult time and would like to help where possible.

 

Please can you private message me the below so that I can look into this further;

 

  • Mobile number.
  • Full name.
  • Your full address including the postcode.
  • Can you confirm if you are the account holder?
  • DOB
  • The last two digits of the bank account number and sort code that pays the bill.
