Plusnet Mobile - No Reward Card received

Hello,

I ordered a new Plusnet Mobile account, ref: 2710470, on 12th March 2019, which had a £45 reward card.

I did not receive the card and then contacted Plusnet who advised I needed to contact Grassroots, as they manage the rewards.

I contacted Grassroots, but have not managed to progress the reward having sent numerous emails and a call, but they advise I will get a response, then do not follow it up. This has been going on since mid June.

Please can you provide the reward card or refund the same to my account?

Really sorry to hear this. 

 

I've double checked the order and it does appear that you should have received £45 cashback. 

 

I've sent a request over to our Ops team to chase this with Commercial. It can take up to 5 working days to get a reply, but we will update you as soon as we have it.

Hi @ianjones 

 

The card should come with all required information to do this - did you not get a letter/info leaflet in the same delivery?

Hello MoR,

 
It has been well over 5 days and I have not received any correspondence or the voucher. This is not acceptable and making me think seriously about my future mobile and broadband with your company.
 
Please progress this and either provide the voucher or provide a rebate on my account to the same value.

This has taken an age, and not making any progress.

I'll be writing to your Chief Executive in order the office can escalate this issue on Thursday, unless this is resolved before then.
