After discovering my poor call quality at home was down to my house being in an EE 'Outdoor Only' hole, I was all set to move back to Vodafone.
I can make Plusnet mobile calls from indoors, but they drop back to 2G and have distortion and drop-outs.
Then the Which survey was published today, listing Voda as the absolute worst provider for the 7th year running https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/04/24/bargain_happy_brits_snub_big_four_mobile_operators/
Funny how you forget or block these things, but I now remember what a huge pain and hassle I had being a Voda customer. Their call centre is an absolute nightmare to deal with.
The mods here have been great at responding to problems I've had. I know I (we) mostly whinge here, but just wanted to say thanks and I'm sticking with you.
