Plusnet Broadband username

Trying to sign up for a sim only deal for the daughter, been a PN customer for yonks, phone and fibre.

Putting in what I believe is my plusnet broadband username and postcode as requested yet getting some nonsense about 'forgotten your details call xxxxxxxxxx'.

Is my plusnet broadband username the one that I sign into the member centre bit with - and could it be wobbling as its an 'old' freenetname account?

I think the BB and mobile accounts are separate.

I'm not entirely sure on that side of things, however our mobile staff should hopefully be able to sort out that side of things as there is a Plusnet broadband account set up.

Worked it out - its the first bit of the member centre login before the @ sign.
