Plusnet 3G EE 4G

I am at work where i usually get 4g on plusnet mobile. But today plusnet can only manage 3g data but my ee sim gets 4g data.
Is plusnet being blocked from 4g at my location?

Hi @cjags,

As Plusnet is an MVNO the broadcasting bands that we're allowed to use is limited, our 4G network uses the 1.8GHz frequency band which can sometimes have issues in some indoor locations. EE run off the full banding spectrums, including 800MHz which is better suited to indoor use.
