PlusNet Reward Card - Still waiting 8 Weeks on !!!!

I have joined PlusNet for two months, and still nothing has arrived either in the Post or Email to say that I can Redeem the PlusNet Reward Card.

I moved over to the Network because I needed to be on EE at the time and also because of the extra deal with the Reward Card having a 12 month Sim-Only Contract.

When I spoke to someone on Chat a few weeks ago they said it would be in the 5th week I would hear something, well its now the 8th week so that was just a way of getting rid of me from Customer Services.

When I try Chat tonight there is no one taking any queries on Chat so I am back to square one, can someone please help me with how or when or am I likely to get my Reward Card of not.

Big disappointment with PlusNet so far.
