PlusNet Mobile App

How can I delete accounts on this app which are no longer active
When I open the relevant inactive account is gives "Can we temp you back"
These are 30 day rolling Data contracts which require deletion

Hiya @Bures3, thanks for getting in touch. If you could try uninstalling and re-installing it, that might remove the other accounts from the app for you if you can give it a go?

That seems a plausible idea
Re-install and reload the active packages
I will give that a go
