Please reimburse my closed mobile account
I cancelled my second mobile account in January but I'm still receiving monthly emails asking me to view my latest bill.
I know there is nothing to pay but it's a closed account for goodness sake. Also please reimburse the credit. Not sure why it was credited to the account after it was closed.

Don't worry, that credit (for unused days if you ported out?) will just vanish if my experience is anything to go by
EE is just getting around to refund its ongoing abuses err errors on customers of the EE billing systems
I assume plusnet might do the same - but wouldn't hold my breath as its taken EE two years and investigations ... again.
My account still wasn't closed even after the credit just vanished - presumably in some PN system 'clean up' of money it hasn't paid customers back.
