Please give us an option to use Short Codes

I know you're going to reply with the "standard message about not supporting Short Codes", but surely you must see from the volume of messages you're getting that it's making a large number of your customers unhappy

I don't mind paying more for my contract, or paying 20p per Short Code text or whatever, but when you can't get make simple authorisation replies to the bank when it's blocking a payment it's REALLY inconvenient.

I'm not sure it benefits you financially either if I then have to spend 15 minutes on the phone (using free minutes) fixing it instead of just sending 1 text...

thanks for taking the time out to leave us some feedback today! 

We've taken on board customers demand for this and this is now something we'll be looking into over the coming months. 

We don't have any timescales as yet but as soon as we have more information we'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks for the update, this restriction nearly put me off joining.
