On my online account, the 'Current Usage' shows as between October and November 2016. I checked to see if this was just my account, but on my wife's Plusnet Mobile account, it shows her 'Current Usage', as between March and April 2016 !
Does anyone know why this should be ?

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Your usage should refresh in your 'My Account' on your bundle refresh date; I apologise if this hasn't been the case for you.
We're due a new update for the 'My Account' feature which will be released this month, so a fix will be implemented for any hiccups you're experiencing with this.

By " bundle refresh date ", do you mean a date each month ?

Yes, your bundle refresh date is the same date every month, this is when your allowance will refresh and revert back to 0.

It must be a slow process, mine still says October - November 2016 for usage.
