Hi there,
Been a plusnet customer for several years and currently using a Samsung A50. Always been good, but signal has been awful last week or so. It's bad at home, but fine elsewhere. I've done checks on my phone and fine. My partner also uses a Samsung A50 and on EE - we're both having the same problem. Checked the EE network coverage it says excellent on 3G. Help please! TIA.

Hello,
I'm really sorry to see you're having bad coverage at home.
When you've checked the network in your area Here, did you click on check coverage or check status?
I'd recommend the latter as this will tell you if EE are aware of a known problem.
