Phone cuts off after 3 rings

Hi

My phones rings three times and then cuts off.

PN appear not to be able to fix this.

Just to advise that PN have removed my Voice Mail at my request.

Has anybody else had this issue and does anybody know how to fix it?

If the issue persists then my only option appears to be porting the number to another provider.
