Phone cut off ( Call Ended)

In our first weeks of Plusnet Mobile. Can I please ask ,does anyone constantly get a call ended when trying to call out ,? It's happening constantly on both my wife's and my phone's. Not all the time but regularly . My family's other network phones don't do this and in fact used them to make the call Our Plusnet phones wouldn't ?
