Phone AND data failure

Just lost phone and data, about 20 minutes ago.

 

Not an account problem (autopay, in credit).

 

Not a phoen problem, was working fine when service lost.

 

Bristol, UK

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for replying, it's still a problem, but Plusnet are sending a new SIM, we'll see if that works.

I'm away for a week, so won't know for a few days, which is frustrating.

I have exactly the same issue, can't ring or receive calls.  Data not working at all.
