Payment went to Smart Cap, not to pay bill

Hi there everyone,
I usually pay me bill at the beginning of the month with a credit card so I can get the rewards. This as always worked fine (i.e., no double payments, nor direct debits being taken after the CC payment went through, etc.).
This month I did the same, but instead of going to pay the bill the credit card payment seems to have gone to the Smart Cap allowance. I.e., my smart cap is X and after the payment is now X+Y (Y being what I paid for the bill). This has happened of my 2 numbers that I have with Plus Net.
As this happened before to someone else? Should I be concerned, or things will eventually sort themselves out?

This seems like an odd one - could you pop your details across via a PM and I'll take a look at this for you?
