Not sure if anyone can help, but we have just had £3.00 removed from an account with another provider. This £3.00 is a recurring charge every week. We definitley didn't sign up for it as phone and Owner were in different places at the time of the subscription to the service. It would seem that Mobile Phone Networks run a scheme whereby 3rd Parties are authorised to charge your phone account for 'services'.
Does Plusnet bar such activity?
